When we asked for something small and exquisite, Kaltuma certainly met the brief with one of her visitors at the clinic who arrived with both of her grandparents. 

It was also World Giraffe Day yesterday, and as usual there was a lot to celebrate about the great work of Lexson and the Twiga Walinzi in creating awareness of these gentle giants.

David came across this kingfisher when looking out for the African Wild Dogs by the river...
