This impressive female elephant was seen just below Tented Camp this week by Fisher who normally works nights for the Security Team.

At the other end of the scale, Joseph spotted this apparently rock-climbing tortoise which sparked a debate as to which make and model it is. I'm afraid that the guides are researchers still haven't told me...

...but Martin (Lokoro Longorkit) spotted this rather nifty version as well. 

Phoebe (Belcher) took this video of a juvenile leopard tortoise at Loisaba Lodo Springs.

We had some less common visitors this week...internal migratory Great White Pelicans which alternate between Lake Baringo and Elementeita, and Lake Natron (Tanzania) and Bogoria for breeding. These landed at Kiboko Dam for a while.
